We wish all our Masters representatives the best of luck for their upcoming championships! The 2018 Australian Men’s Masters Championships are being held in Lismore and Ballina in NSW from today, 21st Sept, through to 6th October 2018, and the 2018 Australian Women’s Masters Championships are being held from 27 September – 6 October in Bunbury and Busselton, WA.
The Summer Masters season kicks off on October 16th for our Men, and on the 17th for our Women! That’s only 3 & 1/2 weeks away!! If you’re keen to play, let me know! Anyone turning 35 next year is eligible. Masters Men will have a Div 2 competition this year with OHA entering a team. This weekend is Preliminary Final weekend for our senior teams. Four OHA teams are playing off for one final chance of making it into next weeks Grand Final! The 4th Grade Men Blue & 5th Grade Men play on Saturday while our 3rd Grade Men & 3rd Grade Women go for glory on Sunday. They need your support, so make sure you head out to cheer them on! Now that most of us are in the off season, some of us may feel empty without seeing our mates every week. Speak Up and keep in touch with each other and never be afraid to reach out!

A timely reminder to all our players, coaches and supporters that our behaviour toward the opposition and umpires reflect on us as a club. We do such a great job and have a great club culture, however, sometimes that passion can get out of hand. Finals are high pressure, but the club does not accept any form of abuse or dissent toward our officials or competitors no matter the situation. This weekend, lets cheer on our teams & continue to show our great club spirit! REMEMBER – NO RESPECT – NO OFFICIALS – NO GAME.
