Congratulations to our  2020  Clubman and Clubwoman , Hayden Steele and Erin Roehrer. Both have done an amazing amount of work for this club in 2020 and are thoroughly deserving of this honour.

Erin spent many hours during 2020 to ensure our junior players have the best season they can – not an easy task during COVID-19. Erin created a renewed focus on junior development by helping re-energise the Junior Academy. She developed & ran the Premier League Junior Mentoring Program pathway for the boys. Helped organise family fun days at the turf. Developed and ran an U15 State Trial Preparation Program for all potential juniors (boys and girls), and is currently organising the U13 Indoor Team for OHA.

Hayden continues to be the quiet achiever in our club. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Hayden, and whatever you ask him to do it is always completed on time & with his amazing positive attitude. This year Hayden once again took on the role of our clubs Uniform and Grants Officer, as part of his role on the 2020 OHA Committee. Hayden is the person who volunteers for everything. If there is something needing to be done within the club, Hayden will be the first to put his hand up to take responsibility for it. He is an invaluable club person, volunteering to help out with Covid sign in, put the club tent up, or the sponsors flags out; to collect equipment, deliver uniforms, write a submission, whatever is needed, Hayden is always the one to put his hand up first to do it.
