In this time of social distancing, and self isolation, it’s important to keep yourself fit & healthy.

We’ve asked Hannah Richards, one of our Premier League players, and qualified personal trainer, to put together a few home workouts for you to try over the next few weeks.

So give them a go and keep your fitness up in case we get the chance to get back out on the field this season.
