3) Email the completed excel order form(s) as an attachment, or as a scanned image after payment to: uniforms@ohahockeyclub.com

4) You will receive a confirmation email summary of your order within 24 hours and will be further contacted by email with any updates and also when stock arrives.

5) Supplier delivery time-frames vary between 2 – 5 weeks from when the order round closes depending on garment type and this detail will be recorded on the summary confirmation.

SIZING:

There is a sizing guide on the order form(s) and catalogue. If you are comparing the size with other players, make sure their item is from the same supplier as sizes can vary between the different suppliers.

If your still not sure, make contact with the uniform coordinator for further options and to try on any stock held on hand.

Please take care when ordering, as size exchanges are not possible with our suppliers. The club may be able to assist if it holds your alternative size in stock and we are able to resell your unwanted item.
