The O-H-A Hockey Club is the inaugural winner of the Hobart Jaguar Land Rover Cup (Lightning Cup)! The Lightning Cup was played on Saturday 3rd March, and saw our A-Pool players in their first hit out for season 2018. The games were played as a Round Robin competition, with no finals. A single field goal to the OHA women proved the difference over NWG in the exciting final match. Then the men kept NWG scoreless in the second half to secure the win. So after all the games OHA were the top ranked team and crowned Lightning Cup champions!! It was a great day of hockey with our women & men both showing off all their hard work at pre-season & outclassing the opposition. Well done to all our players, coaches & managers & congratulations to both our men’s and women’s Premier League teams on a great start to season 2018.
