We had three OHA representatives at the recent Indoor Hockey Australian Championships in Goulburn, NSW. Henry Chambers and Joe Murphy represented OHA in the Tasmanian Men’s U18 Indoor Hockey Team, while Evie Dalton represented OHA in the Tasmanian Women’s U18 Indoor Hockey Team.
In the final game Henry was awarded his second “Player of the Match” certificate for the tournament (by umpire vote). Well done Henry!Joe scored two goals from PCs in the NSW game, in which Tas had a narrow 4-5 defeat. Good work Joe!
The U18 teams each finished 6th in the Men’s and Women’s pools, but had some good performances, and both teams won the tournament “Play the Whistle” awards for fair play.
