With these strange and uncertain times our Premier League women have been busy training at home to stay fit and healthy. The team wants to be prepared for whenever the season might commence again.

Without the opportunity to get out to the THC we have had to get creative at home with ways to keep up our fitness and hockey skills. To stay connected with this great club of ours the players and coaches have put together some short videos of activities that can be done with everyday items from home.

Stay motivated and fit by trying some of these yourself!
