The Tassie Tigers squads have been trimmed to their final 20 for the start of the Hockey One season this weekend.
The list of 20 athletes for both the Women’s and the Men’s Tigers squads will form the basis of selection for the match day teams of 14 for each round of the new-look national competition, with only injury allowing for a replacement from the larger training squads.
Congratulations to OHA’s Henry Chambers, Nick Leslie, Sam McCambridge & Oliver Smith, selected in the Tigers Men’s squad, and to Jess Chesterman, Jean Flanagan, Sarah McCambridge & Laura Spandler, selected in the Tigers Women’s squad.
The Tigers start with a bye in round 1 this weekend and will play their first game at the Tasmanian Hockey Centre on Saturday 5th October at 5pm against the Adelaide Fire. Make sure you head on out to the THC to support the Tigers and our OHA representatives who have all made the cut!
