Dear Members,
As we rocket toward the end of the season in 2019 many of our teams will be playing finals. I would like to congratulate those that have made it through to their finals series and wish them all the best for their campaign toward a premiership. To those that are not, I want to congratulate you on your year and hope you have enjoyed every bit as much as I have playing for our club.
Each year for many years presidents have put out a reminder to the club about finals behaviour. This year is no different and the message encompasses players, coaches, umpires and supporters. I expect that everyone is treated with respect and no matter the situation, outcome or result that we acknowledge that our actions and words can and will affect others. I will not accept any excuse for behaviour contrary to the HT Member Protection Policy or the values of our club.
Let’s get out as much as we can to the THC to support all of our teams in the coming weeks. I look forward to seeing you all over the finals series.
