Undefeated Derwent head the table on 26 points, with OHA on 18, a game clear of 3rd placed NWG. D/Backs are now fourth, on 13 points.
OHA have the second best score difference, and now boast the equal top goal scorer of the competition, after Julia Gunn’s second hat-trick of the season boosted her personal tally to 7 goals in 10 games (C’mon guys, beat that!).
OHA’s other goals came from a cool Hannah Richards finish, and a PC hit from Jean Flanagan. That one was nearly shepherded over the line by Julia, but I think she’ll be pleased to share the spoils on a good day for OHA.
The game finished in the dark on Pitch 2, always a challenge for photos, but I think we captured the essence of a strong performance.
