After what seems like an eon chasing down Pontoon Sports we have a resolution!!

I have spent 100+ hours chasing this company on your behalf for the refund of items not supplied, despite our members money sitting in Pontoon’s bank account.

Last night I received the full amount in the OHA bank account. We will disburse those funds to those affected who got in contact with me about outstanding items. The behaviour of this company has not only been contrary common decency, acceptable business practice and possibly Australian Consumer Law.

This company has been dragged kicking and screaming though arbitration processes, failed to appear before tribunals in clear defiance of the process and has now finally agreed to pay back the money they owe to you through sheer perseverance and hounding.

I am so pleased to have achieved this result for those members affected, we hope to have your money to you in the next week.
